The Apartment is located on the first floor of a modern building located in the vicinity of Sopot beach and the view from the windows overlooks the fenced backyard of the residence. The flat includes a parking space in the above-ground garage. Nearby there is Żabka, a bakery, fishmongers and a seaside promenade. To the centre of Sopot and the pier it is approx. 1000m.
